The Arkansas Lottery is a relatively new lottery in the US which launched back in September 2009. This lottery serves the same purpose as many other state lotteries in the US in that proceeds are used to fund education for those who need it in the state. Many involved with this lottery have been surprised that the sales and revenue that have been generated so far, have well exceeded expectations, which is great news for both players and those who benefit from the proceeds in other ways.
