New scratchcard game creates its first millionaire

New York Lottery A New York Lottery instant scratchcard game which hit shelves on November 2 created its first millionaire in under a month. 65-year-old Robert Robinson, who has been buying lotto tickets for the past 30 years, got the shock of his life as he scratched off the front of a $10 extended play bingo game. After coming to terms with the win, the former Metropolitan Transport Authority employee was understandably keen to keep his scratchcard close until he could cash it in.
