A 41-year-old from Norfolk, St Lawrence County, has had his life transformed after winning $10million on an instant New York Lottery scratchcard game. Floyd Harvey, a field technician with communications firm Verizon, walked into his local convenience store and bought three scratchcard games, two of which were winners. The first netted him a $35 prize, while the second turned out to be worth considerably more.
