A single winning ticket landed the massive EuroMillions jackpot worth £140,822,522 on Tuesday 13 September, and although we don’t know who owns that ticket at this stage, we do know that they didn’t purchase their ticket in the UK. The EuroMillions results which brought an end to an extended series of twelve consecutive rollovers were 09, 28, 30, 32 and 49, and the Lucky Star numbers were 09 and 10. The jackpot had been estimated to have a value of around £138 million, so the final figure of £140.8 million was a whopping £2.8 million better!
