The winner of last week’s MegaMillions jackpot of $120 million has come forward to claim his prize. Ronald Willis, a 55 year old father of four from Rialto, California, claimed his prize from the California Lottery’s Inland Empire District Office on Friday, and is still deciding whether to take the cash option of the annuity payments. The cash pay-out would total $92.1 million, and the annuity would equate to $4.6 million per year.
